Seven steps from first call to years of quiet. The process exists so you always know what happens next, what it costs, and who to call. That last one is easy: it is always Luke.
The seven steps
Sensible questions, straight answers
Will the system be obsolete in five years?
No. The wiring is the investment, and we run cabling that carries whatever comes next. Hardware can be upgraded piece by piece; the backbone is built once, properly.
Do you work with Control4?
Yes. Control4 is one of the main platforms Luke designs, installs and supports, from single-room setups to whole-home systems, and MAC handles the programming and ongoing support locally in Tauranga and Auckland.
How early should we bring you in?
Ideally at the drawing stage, before the plaster. But renovations and finished homes are routine work too; wireless has come a long way.
What happens when something stops working on a Friday night?
You call the same number you have always called, and it reaches Luke. Most fixes happen remotely; the rest get booked promptly.
Do you only do big architectural homes?
No. Quality matters more than scale: a single beautiful media wall gets the same care as a whole-home system.
Which brands do you work with?
Proven residential platforms, chosen for reliability and long support lives rather than fashion.
What does a project cost?
Every home is different, so we quote properly rather than guessing. As a guide, we will always tell you where the budget does the most good, and we would rather do fewer things well than everything cheaply.
